BRANDY FERRER

Brandy founded Pathfinder Strategies with the belief that great leadership isn’t magic, high performing teams don’t just happen and organizational success is not an accident.

It requires engagement and commitment from the leaders and team members alike. Brandy believes that people are a company’s most important investment and competitive advantage. Her work harnesses the unique talents of individuals and nurtures relationships to help the organization achieve its goals.

A pivotal moment in Brandy Ferrer’s leadership career came when she realized that what gets you promoted doesn’t always make you successful.  She learned the concept of leadership at a young age, being raised by two Air Force parents.  Their frequent moves, including living abroad in Germany, taught her how to navigate change and adapt to any situation. 

After several exhilarating and disappointing experiences in the corporate world, she came to understand that leaders need a different set of skills in order to create a unified, productive team. Realizing the gap and the opportunity, she knew she could create a greater impact on today’s leaders, helping them to accomplish their goals with bespoke strategies. That’s when she founded Pathfinder Strategies to serve as a leadership launching pad for new or emerging leaders.

Today, Brandy is an experienced leadership consultant and coach who works within the  finance, insurance, non-profit & fire service industries. She also partners with HR professionals across all industries to help them solve problems and realize their leadership development goals. She’s known for a holistic and customized approach that impacts an entire team. She excels at identifying the core problem, creating a safe space, and building trust through communication.

As part of her success system, she created the SPARK program, designed to discover, develop, and ignite leadership confidence. She’s also the author of two books on leadership, including the Amazon bestseller Spark: How Great Leaders Start.  Her mission is to develop confident leaders who embrace their superpower, navigate challenges, and elevate their teams.

CHARLENE GRABOWSKI

Charlene joined the Pathfinder Strategies team in March of 2019, bringing an exceptional breadth of experience and skill in Executive Leadership Development, Learning & Development, Operations, and Sales & Profitability.

Charlene is a recently retired GM and Vice President of GE Healthcare for the West Zone and Canada, where she held responsibilities for Commercial Operations, Sales and Profitability, a $1.3B business unit. She held multiple commercial and product management roles at GE during her 30-year tenure as well as GM of Learning and Development.

Charlene’s focus has always been on business growth while keeping an eye on developing high—performance teams and leveraging the strengths of individuals.  Charlene has a passion for people, organizational development and culture change.

Charlene spent time as the Director of Sales for the Quickbooks product for the Intuit company with P & L responsibilities and a 500 person contact center and digital distribution.  She also served as a COO for Fusion Sales Partners, a start-up distribution partner for the GE Women’s Healthcare Product Portfolio.

Charlene holds a B.S. in business from Adelphi University in Garden City, NY and is a Registered Radiologic Technologist from the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Montefiore Hospital.

Charlene has completed courses at the Stanford Executive Business School in Healthcare InnovationDesign Thinking and LGBTQ Executive Leadership.  She is a trained coach in “self awareness and strengths curriculum”.  She has held many Executive Non- Profit Board positions at the Milwaukee Urban League, Chair of Out & Equal, Chair of the American Heart Association for SW Arizona, Secretary of El Tour de Tucson and Finance Committee for the Tucson Medical Center.

She is currently a coach for the Anne Klibansky Women’s Scholar Program at MGH/Harvard , Commercial Partner for Tech Launch Arizona, Commercial Mentor for NSF iCorp Program and Commercial Mentor for the Stanford SEED Program at the Stanford business school.

Charlene and her wife Anne Hunt live in the Tucson Desert with their dog Sophie enjoying the beauty and mystique of desert living.

AMBER DANCY

Amber is a Transformational Leadership Coach with over 15 years of experience helping leaders grow, adapt, and thrive. She partners with leaders to unlock their potential, build confidence, and create sustainable impact in their organizations. Drawing on her background in organizational psychology and her certifications in business operations, trauma-informed practices, Quantum Human Design, and Sourced Leadership, Amber brings both practical expertise and deep insight into human behavior.

Her approach is holistic and people-centered—supporting leaders as they clarify their definition of success, strengthen their leadership presence, and design strategies that align with their values. With a unique ability to connect people and processes, Amber guides her clients in creating environments where individuals and teams can show up authentically, perform at their best, and achieve meaningful growth.
