Upcoming Start Dates: August 6th 2026 – Registration is now open

Promoted doesn’t mean prepared

Leaders are promoted faster than they’re prepared. Let’s change that.

Most leaders were never taught to lead.

You were good at your job. You got promoted. And then you found yourself navigating an entirely new set of challenges with little guidance and a lot of pressure. That’s a structural failure, not a personal one.

01 Promoted without preparation

82% of managers are “accidental leaders” promoted for past performance or technical skills without leadership development. Spark Your Leadership bridges that gap.

02 Misalignment costs more than you think

Only 46% of employees say they know what is expected of them. When leaders aren’t clear, their teams can’t be either. The result: execution drag, rework and missed deadlines.

03 Manager inconsistency drives disengagement

70% of team engagement is determined by the manager alone. Uncertain leaders create uncertain teams.

04 Retention risk is a leadership problem

Poor leadership is the leading driver of voluntary exists. Most people don’t leave their company or their job, they leave their manager.

The good news: It doesn’t have to stay that way.

What kind of leader would you be if you operated with genuine (not the fake it till you make it performative stuff) confidence? The kind of confidence that comes from knowing yourself and your role? What impact could you have if the things holding you back no longer stood in your way?

The Spark System was built for this moment. Drawing on 14+ years of hearing the same challenges from leaders at every level, it develops the internal competence that makes confidence possible so you can build on a strong foundation, make decision, navigate uncertainty and lead without constantly second guessing yourself.

Uncertain leadership is not a soft problem

The costs of misalignment, execution drag, manager inconsistency and retention risk are measurable.

  • Avoided Conversations: $7500 is the estimated cost of a single avoided conversation in lost time, rework and eroded trust. 70% of leaders regularly avoid them
  • Unclear Expectations: 46% is the share of employees who say they don’t know what is expected of them. Execution drag starts here
  • Disengagement: $438B is the cost of lost productivity globally. The primary driver is declining manager engagement
  • Retention Risk: 150% is the cost of replacing a senior or technical employee as a percentage of their salary. Poor leadership is the leading cause of voluntary exits
  • 7% is the average annual revenue lost to suboptimal leadership practices

The Upside

Organizations that invest in structured leadership development see real returns. Participants in group programs experience up to 22% higher engagement and their teams’ engagement increases by up to 18%.

Top performing managers generate 5x more shareholder value over five years than average managers.
